- Min 23 years of age
- Min 1 year OTR , 3 states or more
- Max 2 minor traffic violations in last year and no more than 4 in the last 3 years .
- No reckless driving tickets in previous 3 years
- No major accidents in previous 3 years , no more than 1 minor accident in past year
- No rollovers / no Jackknife
- No drug failures
- Must have valid Class A CDL
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen at time of hire
